Organizations consist not just of individuals, but also just as importantly of "cliques, clans, and coalitions". Cultural Network Analysis helps to identify those groups which make up the social network within an organization.
The Vital Question
To gain an accurate view of the culture or personality of an organization, the climate must be analyzed through the individual's opinions with the organization. The Vital Question is an anonymous, one-question survey with which we are able to produce a clear measure of the organization's culture through the eyes of its employees.
