Cultural DNA

The iGlobal Network approach is to integrate the concepts of connectivity and differences, the application of science, and the use of web 2.0 technologies to the specific areas of culture, diversity, leadership, and teamwork. We customize our collection of training modules, which we call Consulting Labs, to fit an organization's unique Cultural DNA. Our Consulting Labs can be delivered in person or online and can be tailored to fit within an organization's budget and time restrictions. Each lab includes a follow-up package with a three and six month evaluation of the lasting effectiveness.

The Science of Diversity is rooted in complexity science and the study of complex adaptive systems. Over the past 4 years, we have applied these sciences into the development of a proven technology built on an Agent-Based Modeling (ABM) framework that helps organizations identify the emerging behavior resulting from the planning around "what if" scenarios.
